Dr. Wright is a native of Romania. After receiving an Accounting degree from a Romanian university, she held administration positions at a German-Romanian water treatment designs firm (Internationale Gesellschaft für Umwelt und Technik), a large technology company in England (ICL, Ltd) and, very briefly, a financial services company (Bradford and Bingley). She came to the US as a graduate student in 1999. Dr. Wright held teaching positions at Southern New Hampshire University and Keene State College and is currently teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in strategy at Plymouth State University. Dr. Wright’s research focuses on value creation in emerging markets including studies on international adaptation and multinational enterprise management. Dr. Wright is a member of the Academy of International Business, and a reviewer for the Journal of Emerging Markets Studies and the Baltic Journal of Management, Emerald Group Publishing Ltd.
Dr. Wright’s expertise in value creation in emerging markets, and studies on international adaptation and multinational enterprise management, provides the Rose Corporation and the Management Team, with expanded and strengthened core competencies and adds specialization and strategic competitive advantage to the Rose economic development model.
